Chicken, stuffing and mushroom sauce bake together for a hassle-free and hearty dinner.
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare the stuffing according to the package directions. Spoon the stuffing across the center of a 3-quart shallow baking dish.
  3. Place the chicken on either side of the stuffing.
  4. Sprinkle the chicken with the paprika.
  5. Stir the soup, milk and parsley in a small bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
  6. Cover the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

  1. Cook lima beans according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and egg. Form meat mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls.
  3. Brown meat balls in a skillet in vegetable oil.
  4. Add tomato paste to the lima beans, then stir in paprika and sour cream.
  5. Add browned meat balls and stir gently.
  6. Pour mixture into a greased casserole and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except bay leaves in mixer.
  2. Combine the ingredients until completely smooth.
  3. Place one bay leaf in the bottom of a 5 Rubbermaid plant helpers pot to cover the opening.
  4. Pack with the cheese mix.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until 20 minutes before service.
  6. Place the remaining bay leaves on top of cheese with leaves pointing upward as though growing in the pot. Serve with crackers.
  7. This will keep in the refrigerator for two weeks.
