Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Combine butter, sugars, and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
  3. Beat in eggs.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
  6. Divide dough into halves.
  7. Bake immediately or shape in rolls and wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate up to one week or freeze up to 8 weeks.
  8. To bake preheat oven to 375°.
  9. Cut each chilled roll into 1 inch slices and then into 4 quarters.
  10. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  11. Total recipe makes 12 dozen cookies.

Instructions
  1. Melt chips, add Eaglebrand, stirring occasionally until mixture begins to thicken.
  2. Add chopped nuts and vanilla.
  3. Line bottom of 9” pie pan with foil.
  4. Place ¾ c. walnut halves in bottom forming a ring.
  5. Spoon chocolate mixture over nuts.
  6. Add maraschino cherries and remaining nuts for decoration.
  7. Chill in refrigerator until firm enough to slice. Cut into ½ inch slices.

Mix
  1. Mix all except nuts in a 6-8 qt. container and set aside.
Boil
  1. Mix in 4-6 qt. saucepan. Bring to boil and cook for 6 minutes then pour over remaining ingredients and whip until smooth and creamy.
  2. After mixture is completely blended add nuts. Let stand 4-6 hours or until completely chilled. Makes 6 lb.
