Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Using an electric mixer, combine butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until creamy.
  3. Add honey and eggs and mix thoroughly.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in another bowl.
  5. Beat flour mixture into wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  6. Using a wooden spoon, stir in coconut, pecans and oats.
  7. Spread batter into a buttered 9 inch baking pan.
  8. Bake 30 minutes or until bars are set and golden brown.
  9. Cool before cutting into squares.
  10. Serve with frozen yogurt. This recipe serves 16.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients and half the cinnamon in a food processor or mixing bowl.
  3. Add melted butter and process until mixture becomes crumbly.
  4. Press mixture evenly in bottom of a 9 inch baking dish. Bake 20 minutes or until crust starts to brown. Remove from oven.
  5. Reduce temperature to 325 F.
  6. Combine pumpkin, milk, half the vanilla, egg, sugar, allspice, salt and remaining cinnamon in a food processor or mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
  7. Pour over crust and bake 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center. Cool on a rack.
  8. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, remaining vanilla and orange marmalade until fluffy.
  9. Spread evenly over cooled pumpkin bars. This recipe serves 8.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. In bowl.
  2. Combine 1st 7 ingredients. Stir to from a crumbly mixture. Set aside.
  3. In medium bowl combine condensed milk, lemon juice and rind.
  4. Pat HALF of crumb mixture in 9X9 pan.
  5. Spread milk mixture on top and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool thoroughly before serving.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray an 8 inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Combine cranberries and next 3 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, and cook 1 minute.
  3. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries pop and mixture thickens. Set aside.
  4. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients in a bowl. Cut in chilled butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  5. Reserve 1/2 cup oat mixture. Combine remaining oat mixture and egg white in a bowl and stir well. Press oat mixture into the bottom of baking pan.
  6. Bake 10 minutes.
  7. Spread cranberry mixture over prepared crust.
  8. Combine reserved oat mixture and pecans in a bowl. Sprinkle over cranberry mixture.
  9. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  10. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. This recipe serves 8.
