Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  2. Cook over low heat 3 minutes longer, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and mix thoroughly. Stir in cereal until well coated.
  4. Using a buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  5. Cut into 2 inch squares when cool. This recipe serves 18.

  1. Cook VERY slowly (bring to a boil, then turn down heat, never let it boil fast) in heavy saucepan for AT LEAST 2 hours uncovered, stirring once in a while, until mixture forms a firm ball in cold water.
  2. When done, add marshmallow cream and peanut butter.
  3. Beat until well mixed, then pour in buttered 8”x10” pan.

  3. Remove from heat, add cherry chips and vanilla, pour into 9”x13” buttered pan.

  1. Toast first three ingredients in 350° preheated over for about ten minutes. Then place these ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the next five ingredients, separating dried fruit ingredients/pieces so that they are not stuck in clumps. Mix completely.
  3. In saucepan over medium heat, melt butter or heat oil Add rice syrup (or agave or honey), stirring until bubbly.
  4. Mix in peanut butter and cinnamon.
  5. Pour into dry ingredients. Quickly mix together and transfer into 9x13 pan.
  6. Press mixture into the pan and refrigerate for at least four hours.
  7. Cut into twelve bars, wrap separately in wax paper, refrigerate.
  8. Recipe make twelve bars. Per Serving: 283 calories; 10 g. Fat (30.9 percent calories from fat); 7 g Protein; 46 g Carbohydrate; 4 g Dietary Fiber; 3 mg Cholesterol; 56 mg Sodium.
